Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional for topping)

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, creamy peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste Test: Before proceeding, taste the mixture and adjust sweetness as desired by adding more honey or syrup.

Prepare Your Molds: Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners, or use silicone molds for easier removal.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the chocolate peanut butter yogurt mixture into each cupcake liner or silicone mold, filling them about 3/4 full. You can tap the tin lightly on your countertop to help it settle.

Add the Topping (Optional): If you like a little extra chocolatey goodness, sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each filled cup.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until the yogurt cups are completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully peel away the liners or pop the cups out of the silicone molds. Let sit for a couple of minutes at room temperature to soften slightly before enjoying.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
