Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for added brightness)

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: In a blender or food processor, add the hulled strawberries. Blend until smooth. If using, stir in the lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to sweeten. Taste and adjust sweetness as desired. Set aside.

Make the Banana Mixture: In the same blender (no need to wash), combine the ripe bananas, Greek yogurt, remaining honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until creamy and smooth.

Layer the Mixtures: Take your popsicle molds and start with a layer of the banana mixture, filling each mold about halfway. Follow with a layer of the strawberry puree. You can alternate between the two for a swirled effect or simply layer them.

Swirl It Up: Use a skewer or a thin stick to gently swirl the banana and strawberry mixtures together to create a beautiful marbled effect.

Insert Sticks: Place the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

Freeze: Carefully transfer your filled popsicle molds to the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the pops out.

Store or Serve: Enjoy immediately or wrap pops individually in plastic wrap and store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
