200g ramen noodles

500g chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust based on heat preference)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

4 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon miso paste

2 green onions, chopped, for garnish

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Soft-boiled eggs (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, combine the chicken thighs with soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, and minced garlic. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for better flavor).

      Cook the Chicken:

        - In a large, deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

          Make the Broth:

            - In the same skillet, add the chicken broth, miso paste, and red pepper flakes. Bring it to a simmer over medium heat, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

              Cook the Ramen Noodles:

                - Add the ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes). Stir occasionally to separate the noodles.

                  Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

                    - In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, minced garlic, sesame oil, and lemon juice. Simmer over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

                      Serve:

                        - Divide the ramen noodles into bowls, pour the hot broth over them, and add slices of the cooked chicken on top. Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce generously over each bowl.

                          Garnish:

                            - Top with chopped green onions and, if desired, a soft-boiled egg for extra richness.
