1/2 cup marinara sauce (or pizza sauce)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large eggs

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, or a mix)

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or chopped cooked bacon (optional)

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Olive oil, for drizzling
