Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered

1 cup blueberries

1 cup pineapple, diced

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 cup orange segments (from about 2 oranges)

1 cup grapes, halved

2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped

Zest of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoons honey (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions

Prepare the Fruit: Wash all the berries under cold water. Hull the strawberries, slice the kiwi, dice the pineapple, and segment the oranges. Halve the grapes and set aside.

Mix Citrus Dressing: In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, lime zest, and honey (if using). Whisk until well incorporated.

Combine the Fruits: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, kiwi, orange segments, and grapes.

Add Mint: Sprinkle the chopped fresh mint over the fruits and gently toss to combine with the fruits.

Dress the Salad: Drizzle the citrus dressing over the mixed fruit and toss lightly to ensure all the fruit is coated without mashing any of the delicate berries.

Chill and Serve: For the best flavor, let the fruit salad chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld nicely.

Garnish (Optional): Just before serving, you can add a few mint leaves for garnish and an extra splash of freshness.
