4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced or cubed

1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Place them in a baking dish.

      Mix the toppings: In a medium bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, basil leaves, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Stir gently until everything is well coated.

        Assemble the dish: Pour the tomato mixture evenly over the seasoned chicken breasts. Make sure the tomatoes are distributed well around the chicken.
