1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

1 lemon, juiced and sliced

2 tablespoons chia seeds

4 cups filtered water

1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by washing the cucumber and lemon thoroughly. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and the lemon into wedges or rounds, depending on your preference.

    Chia Seeds Prep: In a small bowl, combine the chia seeds with ½ cup of water. Let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the seeds to swell and form a gel-like consistency.
