4 everything bagels (fresh or stale)

1/4 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional for a smoky flavor)

1/2 teaspoon sea salt (to taste)

Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for extra crunch)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Slice Bagels: Using a serrated knife, slice each bagel into thin rounds, approximately 1/4 inch thick. The thinner you slice, the crunchier the chips will be!

      Prepare Olive Oil Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and black pepper. This will be the flavorful coating for your chips.

        Coat Bagel Slices: Place the bagel slices in a large mixing bowl and drizzle the olive oil mixture over them. Toss gently until all bagel rounds are evenly coated in the mixture.

          Spread on Baking Sheet: Arrange the coated bagel slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure they aren’t overlapping to ensure even baking.
