2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Pita Pizzas:

4 whole wheat pita bread

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well coated.

      - Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator for the best flavor.

        Cook the Chicken:

          - Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

            - Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

              - Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

                Prepare the Caesar Dressing:

                  - In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.

                    Assemble the Pita Pizzas:

                      - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

                        - Place the whole wheat pita on a baking sheet. Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing on top of each pita, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

                          - Evenly distribute the cooked chicken pieces over the cheese, followed by the halved cherry tomatoes and additional grated Parmesan cheese.

                            Bake:

                              - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the pitas are crispy.

                                Serve:

                                  - Once out of the oven, top the pita pizzas with fresh chopped romaine lettuce and a drizzle of extra Caesar dressing if desired.

                                    - Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
