1 cup cottage cheese (drained)

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour)

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

2 tbsp fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing the baking sheet)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly grease the parchment with cooking spray or brush with olive oil to prevent sticking.
