1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or sliced vegetables, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add Vegetables: Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes (if using), and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine: Mix all ingredients together until they are well incorporated and you have a creamy consistency.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Spread the spinach and artichoke mixture evenly into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the mixture.

Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the top is slightly golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables for dipping.
