Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

1 cup diced fresh jalapeños (remove seeds for less heat)

1/2 cup diced green onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Tortilla chips or baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Cheeses: Stir in the shredded cheddar and pepper jack cheeses until well combined.

Incorporate the Heat: Fold in the diced jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

Bake the Dip: Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with tortilla chips or baguette slices for dipping. Enjoy the creamy, spicy goodness!
