Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)

1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped (or 1/3 teaspoon dried)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper for heat

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and mayonnaise until well blended. This will create a rich and creamy base for the dressing.

Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to the bowl. Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients smoothly.

Mix in the minced garlic and Dijon mustard, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dressing.

Now, add the chopped fresh herbs: dill, parsley, and chives. If using dried herbs, adjust the measurements accordingly and mix them in.

Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste. For an extra kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper if desired.

Once everything is mixed thoroughly, cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the dressing into an airtight container.

Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together and intensify. This step is crucial for a delectable depth of flavor!

Before serving, give the dressing a good stir. Drizzle it over salads, use it as a dip for veggies, or as a sauce for grilled meats. Enjoy!
