2 cups cooked white rice

1 lb (about 4 breasts) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sear the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet, let it cool for a few minutes, then shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.

      Mix Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until well combined.
