1 ripe banana, frozen

1 cup vanilla ice cream

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened, for garnish)

A pinch of salt

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker shake)

Instructions
 

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the coconut milk, frozen banana, vanilla ice cream, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a handful of ice cubes.

    Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is mixed evenly.

      Adjust Sweetness: Taste the milkshake and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more honey or syrup, then blend again.
