Chicken Salad Crescent Rolls

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red grapes, halved

1/4 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)

Preheat Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare Crescent Rolls: Open the can of crescent roll dough and unroll it. Separate the dough into triangles as per package instructions, placing them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

      Make Chicken Salad: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, chopped celery, grapes, walnuts or pecans (if using), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

        Assemble Rolls: Take a spoonful of the chicken salad mixture and place it at the wider end of each crescent triangle. Starting from the wide end, roll the triangle up toward the point, enclosing the filling. Pinch the edges to seal.
