Ingredients

2 large flatbreads (or naan bread)

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for drizzling

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Spinach-Artichoke Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Lightly drizzle them with olive oil to keep them from getting too crunchy during baking.

Spread the Mixture: Evenly spread the spinach-artichoke mixture over each flatbread, ensuring an even layer for a balanced bite.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the flatbreads are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Slice into triangles and serve warm.

Enjoy: Serve these Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Flatbread Melts with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce on the side!
