2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup bell peppers, diced (mixed colors for visual appeal)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (for grilling)

Optional: lettuce, tomato, or any other preferred wrap fillings

Prep the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, bell peppers, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until the ingredients are well combined and creamy.

    Prepare the Tortillas: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly warm the flour tortillas for about 15-20 seconds on each side to make them pliable.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay each warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheesy chicken filling down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle a handful of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the filling.

        Roll the Wraps: Fold the bottom of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll it tightly into a wrap, ensuring the filling stays tucked inside.
