16 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

    Prepare the brownie layer: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a bowl, then gradually add to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined. Pour this brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.

      Make the cheesecake layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the granulated sugar and mix until combined.
