Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon milk

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Fresh chives or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until just cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the scrambled eggs with the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.

Assemble the Biscuit Bombs: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Take one biscuit and flatten it out in your palm to create a small circle. Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the egg mixture in the center of the biscuit.

Wrap the Biscuits: Pull the edges of the biscuit up and over the filling, pinching to seal it tightly. Repeat with the remaining biscuits and filling.

Place in Muffin Tin: Place each biscuit bomb seam-side down into the prepared muffin tin.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuit tops are golden brown.

Cool and Serve: Allow the biscuit bombs to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin. If desired, sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley for a burst of color and flavor.

Enjoy: Serve warm and enjoy these ooey-gooey Cheddar Bacon Egg Biscuit Bombs with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy them plain!
