Ingredients

1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup pizza sauce (or marinara sauce)

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

6 slices of prosciutto, torn into pieces

6 slices of salami, cut in half

½ cup sliced pepperoni

½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

½ cup sliced roasted red peppers

¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Fresh arugula for garnish

Balsamic glaze (optional for drizzling)

Olive oil for brushing

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.

Prepare the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large circle or rectangle, depending on your preference. Aim for even thickness for an optimal bake.

Sauce it Up: Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the surface of the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges.

Cheese Layer: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce, ensuring full coverage for melty goodness.

Arrange the Charcuterie Toppings: Artfully arrange the prosciutto, salami, and pepperoni over the cheese. Alternatively, feel free to mix the meats together for a more rustic look.

Add Veggies: Scatter the Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, and red onion slices on top of the meats. This will give your pizza a colorful and appealing look.

Season: Sprinkle the dried oregano, and season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavors of the toppings.

Bake: If using a pizza stone, carefully transfer the pizza onto the stone; otherwise, place it on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Garnish: Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Top with fresh arugula and drizzle with balsamic glaze for added flavor and a touch of sophistication.

Slice and Serve: Slice your Charcuterie Board Pizza into generous wedges, serve hot, and enjoy the delightful combination of charcuterie flavors on a crispy bed of pizza crust.
