4 ripe bananas, sliced

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 cup Greek yogurt (or any preferred yogurt)

1 cup granola (your favorite kind)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Caramelize the Bananas:

    In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced bananas, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir gently to coat the bananas with the sugar mixture. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bananas are soft and golden, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

      Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:
