Ingredients

2 large garlic naans

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup baby spinach

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.

Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic, dried oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Brush the Naan: Place the garlic naans on a baking sheet or a pizza peel. Generously brush each naan with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring to cover the entire surface.

Add the Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over each naan, covering thoroughly.

Layer the Toppings: Evenly distribute the halved cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and red onion slices over the cheese layer. Sprinkle crumbled feta on top for added flavor.

Bake the Pizza: Transfer the prepared naans to the oven (or pizza stone) and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Finish with Garnish: Once out of the oven, let the naan pizzas cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and an extra drizzle of garlic butter if desired.

Slice and Serve: Slice your Butter Garlic Naan Pizza into wedges and serve hot. Enjoy the blend of flavors and textures!
