8 oz rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup buffalo sauce (more if desired)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

1/2 cup onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.

      Add Chicken and Spice: Add the shredded chicken to the skillet, followed by the buffalo sauce, paprika, jalapeños, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for another 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.

        Incorporate Cream Cheese: Reduce the heat to low. Add the softened cream cheese to the skillet, stirring until it melts and blends smoothly with the chicken mixture.
