Ingredients

1 (8 oz) tube crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/2 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust for spice level)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or parchment paper for baking

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray it lightly with cooking spray.

Prepare Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Buffalo sauce. Add the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy. Stir in the chopped green onions if using.

Roll Out Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate the triangles along the perforated lines.

Fill the Dough: Place a generous tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture at the wider end of each triangle. Be careful not to overfill, as you need to roll them up without spilling.

Roll and Shape: Starting from the wide end, carefully roll the crescent roll toward the pointed end. Pinch the edges to seal in the filling and shape them into a crescent. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, space them a couple of inches apart.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and puffed up.

Cool and Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. These rolls are delicious both warm and at room temperature. Serve with extra Buffalo sauce on the side, if desired.

Garnish: Drizzle with a little ranch or blue cheese dressing and an additional sprinkle of chopped green onions if you like!
