Instructions
 

Make the Berry Chia Jam:

    - In a medium saucepan, combine the mixed berries, honey (or maple syrup), chia seeds, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.

      - Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries break down and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.

        - Once the mixture is bubbly, remove from heat and let it cool for about 10-15 minutes. The chia seeds will thicken the jam as it cools. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

          Prepare the Yogurt Layer:
