1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced

8 ounces egg noodles

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 bell pepper, sliced (red or green)

2 carrots, julienned

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well, cover, and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Cook the Noodles: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

      Stir-Fry Vegetables: Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the onion, carrots, broccoli, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 5–7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

        Add the Beef: Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and add the marinated beef. Cook for about 3–5 minutes until browned and cooked through.

          Combine Noodles and Sauce: Add the cooked noodles to the pan along with a splash of water, mixing everything together. Allow it to cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

            Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Plate the beef and noodle mixture and serve hot.
