BBQ Ranch Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts

1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup sliced red onions

Optional: sliced jalapeños for extra heat

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in the mixture, ensuring they are coated well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

    Cook the Chicken: Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Alternatively, you can bake the chicken at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes if grilling isn’t an option. Once cooked, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into strips.

      Prepare the Wraps: Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Drizzle a thin layer of ranch dressing over each tortilla, followed by a generous scoop of the sliced BBQ chicken.

        Add Toppings: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken, then layer with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onions. If you like it spicy, add sliced jalapeños on top.

          Wrap It Up: Starting from one end, fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll up tightly from the bottom to the top. Secure each wrap with a toothpick if necessary.

            Optional - Toast the Wraps: For an extra crunchy texture, place the wraps back on the grill or in a pan for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through.
