1 package (10 oz) wonton wrappers

8 oz feta cheese, crumbled

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray or some olive oil.

    Prepare the wontons: Gently press each wonton wrapper into the muffin cups, creating a little cup shape. Ensure there's some overhang, as it will help form a crispy edge.

      Sauté the spinach: In a pan over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped spinach, cooking until just wilted (around 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

        Make the filling: In a bowl, combine the crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, wilted spinach mixture, dried oregano, red pepper flakes (if using), and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

          Fill the wonton cups: Spoon the filling into each of the prepared wonton cups, filling them generously but not overfilling.
