Ingredients

2 cups rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded

1 cup Caesar dressing

1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup croutons

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.

Combine Ingredients: Add the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the pasta. Stir until well combined.

Add Fresh Ingredients: Gently fold in the shredded romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes, mixing until just incorporated.

Prepare the Baking Dish: Drizzle olive oil in a 9x13 inch baking dish to lightly coat the bottom. Pour the pasta mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly.

Top with Cheese and Croutons: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top, then add the croutons for a crunchy finish.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Enjoy Your Meal: Serve warm, offering extra Caesar dressing on the side if desired.
