Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, sliced

2 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced

8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced

1 cup heirloom cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

Start by preparing your ingredients: slice the avocados and peaches, and cut the mozzarella and cherry tomatoes in half.

On a large serving platter, arrange the avocado slices, peach slices, mozzarella slices, and cherry tomato halves in an alternating pattern. Create layers for a visually appealing presentation.

Tuck fresh basil leaves between the layers of avocado, peach, mozzarella, and tomatoes to enhance flavor and add freshness.

Drizzle the extra-virgin olive oil evenly over the salad. Follow it up with a generous drizzle of balsamic glaze, adding a sweet yet tangy flavor.

Season the salad with salt and black pepper to taste, adjusting based on your preference.

Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 15 minutes to let the flavors meld before enjoying.
