4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

    Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure it’s evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more intense flavor.

      Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for about 5 minutes.

        Air Fry the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they don’t overlap.

          Cook: Air fry the chicken at 380°F (193°C) for 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

            Rest and Serve: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
