1 cup buttermilk

1 tablespoon pickle juice

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Cooking spray (or olive oil spray)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a medium bowl, combine the buttermilk and pickle juice. Whisk until blended.
