2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

4 large tortilla wraps (flour or whole wheat)

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

1 avocado, sliced (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with ranch dressing. Stir well until all pieces are coated. If you prefer, add salt and pepper to taste.

    Chop the Veggies: Rinse and chop the romaine lettuce, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. If using, thinly slice the red onion and prepare avocado slices.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla wrap on a flat surface. Spread an even layer of the ranch chicken mixture in the center of each wrap, leaving some space at the edges.

        Add Toppings: Top the chicken with a handful of chopped romaine lettuce, a scoop of cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, and, if desired, red onion and avocado slices.

          Wrap It Up: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to encase all the delicious fillings. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

            Serve & Enjoy: Cut each wrap in half and garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired. Serve immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping!
